Taylor got me a Holga for Christmas! I love it and I have a lot to learn but I think it'll be good for me to start shooting with something new. These are a few from my first roll. I need to figure out the distances with the focus and make sure the shutter doesn't switch to bulb for half the roll again.

I had an assignment to shoot a teacher in the Junior High today and honestly wasn't to excited about it until she turned off the lights in the room. It's been cloudy all day and the blinds were up and it made for some beautiful light on the teacher.

I spent this past week in Clinton, Missouri participating in the 63rd Missouri Photo Workshop. It was a fantastic week and just what I needed to kick my butt back into gear.

The first 3 are from my test roll when I was wandering around Clinton.

Shot my project on Don Goslin. A gentleman farmer.

The photo exhibition on the last day was my favorite part. It was really special to see the town come out and everyone's subjects in person.

When we all got back to Columbia we went out to take more pictures.

You never quite know what's going to happen.

Just another reason to never give up when you're out shooting. Some things like H.S. Basketball tournaments or county fairs that last for a week can get really visually old after a few days, but you have to keep shooting.
